Ethos is currently seeking hard-working, reliable team members with a positive and motivated attitude in our fast-paced warehouse environment located in Runnemede, NJ.
A Picker/Packer is responsible for locating and picking orders, packing merchandise, and shipping orders as per company standard, performing and accurately recording inventory counts, accurate use of warehouse computer software programs, general warehouse housekeeping, and loss prevention measures in adherence to all Company Policy standards.
Primary Duties:
Ensure that each order is picked accurately by item SKU and quantity as indicated on packing slips and transferred to warehouse shipping area.
Pick orders accurately and in a timely manner according to company standards.
Check orders for accuracy while scanning & preparing product for shipping.
Pack orders according to company standards, using appropriate packing materials specific to merchandise shipped.
Assist in warehouse merchandise moves, maintenance of work areas and warehouse housekeeping.
Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring warehouse stock.
Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices including safe operations of warehouse equipment and loss prevention.
Accurately and efficiently complete all orders and maintain proper accountabilities in warehouse software program.
Any other duties as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to process information/merchandise through warehouse computer system.
Ability to communicate with warehouse associates.
Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
Ability to freely access all areas of the warehouse including pallet racking, stock area, and shipping area.
Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to perform warehouse operations.
Ability to climb ladders Ability to stand and walk for time periods of up to 2 hours at a time Ability to frequently move or handle merchandise throughout the warehouse generally weighing 1-50 pounds Hours and Compensation:
Ability to work Monday - Friday varied hours/days as business dictates.
Starting pay based on experience Prerequisites:
At least one-two years experience in a warehouse environment or similar High school Diploma or Equivalent Open availability Must have access to reliable transportation Familiarity with operations of tape dispensing guns, box cutters, pallet jacks, and general warehouse equipment Must be able to work independently Must have prior receiving experience PIT operator experience required Previous experience with order pickers a plus Ethos Beauty Partners, LLC is an EEO employer Reply to this ad with resume/work history included.
