Experience with government contracts and paperwork.
Must be a good communicator and team oriented.
Duties - Perform inspections on machined and assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards - Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines to verify dimensions and tolerances - Analyze inspection data and identify any deviations or non-conformities - Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions - Document inspection results and maintain accurate records - Follow established procedures and work instructions to ensure consistent and accurate inspections Experience - Previous experience in a quality control or inspection role preferred - Familiarity with fabricating processes and materials - Knowledge of QA/QC principles and practices - Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications - Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in inspection data Note:
