Provides personal care and assistance to clients under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor.
Recruitment Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Must possess current driver's license and have access to a car.
Certified HHA qualified for employment under NJ state regulation or able to pass skills and written test.
Must be able to read and understand written instructions.
Must be able to take direction via telephone in patient's home.
Must be able to make meaningful observations and report changes in patient condition.
